The Beginner Course is designed for players who are new to soccer or looking to strengthen their fundamental skills. Over 12 weeks, players will follow a structured, self-guided curriculum that focuses on the basics of ball control, dribbling, passing, and shooting. Each session combines fun, simple drills with age-appropriate fitness exercises to develop coordination, balance, and confidence on the ball.
Players only need a ball, cones, and a small training space at home to get started. Every week introduces a new skill focus — from learning how to use all surfaces of the foot, to shielding under pressure, to taking their first shots on goal. By the end of the program, players will have built a strong technical foundation that prepares them for success in games and future training levels.
